Two-time Grammy winning conductor, William Boggs leads the NGSO performing Holiday music for your whole family. Choirs from Newark and Granville High School will join in for this annual NGSO tradition, a great start for everyone’s Holiday season. And, if you’re on the nice list, Santa is sure to make a visit!

The former artistic director of Opera Columbus has won two Grammy Awards for a classical recording.
William Boggs of Upper Arlington, a faculty member and the director of orchestras for Capital University in Bexley, was honored in the categories of best contemporary classical composition and best engineered classical album.

Newark and Granville High School Choirs

The Newark High School choir program has qualified for state competitions for 49 consecutive years, earning more than 100 superior ratings between its various choirs: Concert, Swing, The Brotherhood of Newark, Women's Chorus and Freshman Women's Chorus. The choir’s spring concert is always an exciting production, and they have also performed at the Midland Theatre with the Newark Granville Symphony Orchestra during the holidays in recent years.
